  • How do I get started?
    Fill out our Inquiry Form that you can find on our home page or contact tab with what information you have on the event. We will go over the details of how many people, what kinds of drinks you'll want at your event, the length of your event, etc. We strive to make our consultation personalized and cater to your needs. You have an event, we listen, and help bring the best part - the bar!
  • Why rent a mobile bar?
    A mobile bar provides a convenient and flexible option for hosts who want to provide drinks to their guests without having to worry about the logistics of setting up and managing a bar themselves (aside from purchasing alcohol). A mobile bar can be set up in any location, including outdoor venues, and can be customized to fit the specific needs of the event.
  • Do you supply the alcohol?
    No. We are unable to supply the alcohol due to Maryland's regulations and laws. Our service includes our bar structures, bartending services, mixers, ice, a consultation appointment, and bar decoration. We will provide an alcohol shopping list and you can purchase the alcohol at your preferred store or our preferred vendor. The benefits of supplying the alcohol is that you will not get up charged, choose your preferred brands and all of the leftover can be kept! or returned depending on policy of vendor.
  • How do I know how much alcohol to buy?
    This is why we are here! Don't stress. During our consultation, we will go over the size of your event, create your drink menu, the length of your event, and other miscellaneous details. Once we understand your vision and the quantity that will be needed, we will create a shopping list for you so you can use that list to buy what is needed for your day.
  • What if our guests have had too much to drink?
    Our TIPS certified bartenders reserve the right to refuse service to any guests that display behaviors that they have had too much to drink. We will exercise best judgment to make that decision. However, the event host is responsible for their guests.
  • Do you include decor?
    We include the basic decor that is seen in our Gallery section. We are happy to accommodate additional decor so that the bars capture the theme of your event. The additional decor should not damage our bars.
  • Do we have to pay gratuity?
    Tips are welcome and appreciated by your guests that attend your event. A tip jar will be displayed at our bar. Depending on the size of your party, there may be a gratuity charge when your contract is provided to you.
  • Can I just rent the bar?
    Of course! Our bar is a great for a Instagram pic for your guests. We have an option for you to rent the bar. Please fill out an Inquiry Form on our home page, so we can determine if we will have the bar available on your day.
  • Are you insured?
    Absolutely! We have a general and liquor liability insurance.
